John Legend is cool. He probably wouldn’t make my top 10 male r&b singers of all time, but I do like quite a bit of his work. When it comes to wine sippin’ r&b, I tend towards some of the older greats like Herold Melvin and the Blue Notes/Teddy Pendergrass, Marvin Gaye (not the over played campy shit though), Stevie Wonder, The OJays, The Isley Brothers, etc.
